This farm consists of 2 portions. It is situated only 55km Northeast of Polokwane. It is absolutely gorgeous and breathtakingly beautiful. The larger portion of 1211.54 hectares forms part of a conservancy and the total size of the conservancy is 3200 hectares. As 39% owner of the conservancy, you will be allowed to move freely on the full 3200 hectares and enjoy game drives, hiking, mountain biking and fishing. On this portion game like kudu, impala, bushbuck, waterbuck, nyala, blesbuck and all the small game species are found. Further on this portion there is a lovely, thatched homestead, a garden cottage, a guest rondavel, a storeroom, a shed and milk stables. The electricity is supplied by Eskom and the water comes from 2 boreholes. This portion is partly fenced with game fencing, with no fencing where this farm joins the rest of the conservancy. The conservancy is properly managed by a committee and seasonal hunting is allowed.
The second portion of land is perfect for cattle farming. The owner keeps 70 cattle on this land and only has to feed the pregnant cows before the raining season starts, towards the end of October. For the rest of the year, the grazing is sufficient.
There are no buildings on this portion. Water comes from a borehole that is equipped with a Lister engine. The land is divided in 3 cattle camps and the handling facilities are in place. The land is fenced with 1.2m cattle fencing. No livestock is included in the price, but can be negotiated on. This portion on its own is 513ha.
Old claims are registered against this land, but I have written consent from the Land Claims Commissioner to sell the land. The advertised price is for both portions.
